Items may be returned in new and unused condition within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (material only, shipping costs are non-refundable). To request an RMA please contact via phone (800-888-8769) or email (dealer@acestainless.com). Please note: We do not reimburse return shipping expenses on correctly shipped orders. All returns must have an authorization number written on the outside of the box in order to be processed. Returns without an authorization number will be returned to sender. All returns received after the 14 day window will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. International orders are not returnable for any reason.
If you receive a package with damaged products, please contact customer service at your earliest convenience. As with all returns, Ace Compression Fittings, an RMA must be issued by customer service before products are returned.
If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service and we will work with you to correct the problem. 800-888-8769 or dealer@acestainless.com. The shipping costs for incorrectly shipped items will be covered by Ace Compression Fittings.
It is the customer's responsibility to verify the compatibility of the items in their shopping cart. Ace Compression Fittings is not responsible for orders with mismatched or incompatible products.
